Analyst One is provided for research, exploratory, and informational purposes only. It is not intended to provide legal, regulatory, financial, investment, tax, or other professional advice.

Analyst One does not provide financial advice, investment advice, or recommendations of any kind. Nothing generated by the tool constitutes regulated financial advice under applicable law, and outputs should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use any outputs generated by the tool.

You may use Analyst One:

• for your own internal research and analysis;
• to explore documents and information you have the right to use;
• in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You must not:

• copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise reuse the tool, its code, or its underlying systems;
• copy or reuse outputs, interface elements, or content except where explicitly permitted through the website or tool interface;
• attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code, models, prompts, or system logic;
• use the tool to build or train a competing product or service.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Felix Research.

All intellectual property rights in Analyst One and our websites — including but not limited to software, code, design, architecture, workflows, and documentation — are owned by or licensed to Felix Research.

Use of the tool does not grant you any ownership rights in:

• the software or infrastructure;
• proprietary retrieval, guardrails, or system design;
• branding, trademarks, or research materials.

Documents and content you provide to Analyst One are processed for the purpose of generating outputs. Felix Research does not retain your documents on its servers after processing, does not use your documents to train models, and does not associate documents or outputs with identifiable individuals.

How we handle personal data — including website analytics and waitlist signups — is described in our Privacy Policy.

Analyst One is currently provided free of charge.

Felix Research reserves the right to:

• introduce paid plans, usage limits, or feature restrictions;
• modify or discontinue free access at any time;
• offer different terms for future versions or products.

Any material changes will be communicated via the website or tool interface.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of Analyst One.

Felix Research may:

• update, modify, or suspend the tool;
• introduce new features or retire existing ones;
• update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Analyst One is provided “as is” and “as available”;
• Felix Research makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose;
• Felix Research will not be liable for any loss arising from reliance on outputs, system downtime, or use of the tool.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

Felix Research may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the tool. You may stop using Analyst One at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
